精液从营养人体来说，牛奶和豆浆要比精液的价值高得多了，从作用来讲，精液不是营养物质，而是繁衍后代的需要。长期以来一些谬误在人群中广泛流传，如：“一滴精，十滴血，损失精液，大伤元气”，认为精子是男人身上的精华，以致使一些人把谬误当成真理加以信奉。其实，精液既不是什么含高营养物质的补品，也绝非治妇女病的灵丹妙药。吃掉精液，一般说来对身体没有什么影响，但心理影响是不可忽视的。他的效果就是相互爱慕的发生性行为后得到的满足，产生的一种心理暗示。心理暗示也是一种药，心理安慰剂能带来治疗疾病的效果，我想如果一个人对精液能美容深信不移，精液应该也会产生效果。
