关于肾虚早泄的一点锻炼建议

1.站桩,不建议马步桩,这个对体力有要求,跨没开易伤膝盖,所以要练养生桩,膝盖微微放松即可,手心按肚脐,尾闾就是尾椎骨有意垂直与地面,这个功夫一般人几天练下来就可以达到半小时的时间,一个月能达到1小时的时候,就能有效果,但是最好能百日内戒色,戒撸。否则更加伤身,
2提肛,要点是提住肛门闭住呼吸3秒,再慢慢呼出,一百下起,五六百止,缺点是不可猛练,否则容易伤及肛门肌肉,且容易上火,
3.拇指按住肚脐,中指按住耻骨,然后中指由耻骨按摩至肚脐,二百起,一千止。缺点是容易搓破皮,需要按摩油,
上述方法强身健体,到老不衰。但是要求百日筑基,不可泄精不可撸。否则适得其反,
